PELHAM, N.Y. This construction site has sat across the street from the Village Hall on Sparks Avenue in Pelham for several days.
Village administrator Robert Yamuder said workers have been constructing a pole to power the Department of Public Works yard building located behind the hall at 195 Sparks Ave.
The buildings have already been constructed, and the poles will provide power. The DPW plans to move into the new building as soon as it is functional.
