PELHAM, N.Y. - Four painters restored the facade of the Trustco Bank on Fifth Avenue early Monday.
Freddy Tomas, one of the painters, was hard at work in the 55 degree weather. Four ladders were set up while Tomas was focusing on the roof. The company overseeing the painting is Lordae Management, which owns the building.
