New I-95 Crash Blocks Two Lanes

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Two lanes are blocked on northbound I-95 in southern Westchester for the second time Friday.

The latest accident occurred ear the Westchester-Bronx border at 11:15 a.m., between Exit 14 (southbound Hutchinson River Parkway and the Bruckner Interchange (Exit 6).

Two lanes were blocked on northbound I-95 in New Rochelle near North Avenue/Cedar Street (Exit 16) following a multi-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer that occurred around 8:30 a.m.

The tractor-trailer reportedly spilled fuel.
