PELHAM MANOR, N.Y. A man contacted Pelham Manor police Monday to inform them of harassing phone calls he received from his ex-wife.
He said the most recent incident occurred on Nov. 8 at 7:00 p.m., according to the police report. The woman called their seven-year-old son and began to yell at and badger him on the phone.
The man heard the yelling and placed the call on speakerphone to listen to his ex-wife. He then heard her boyfriend in the background saying get on the phone and calling the man a derogatory term. The man then hung up the phone.
He told Pelham Manor police that he has filed reports in other states regarding ongoing incidents and that he has filed a restraining order with family court.

A woman told Pelham Manor police shortly after 6:00 p.m. Thursday that someone had stolen a 12-foot aluminum ladder from her home. She said that someone walked onto her property and entered the unlocked storage room attached to the garage at some point between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The woman said the suspect knocked down several items inside the room and stole the ladder. She had no further information about the suspect and there were no witnesses to the alleged theft, according to the police report.
