An accident that initially took out the right lane caused stop-and-go delays on a stretch of I-95 in Westchester on Sunday.
The 2:30 p.m. accident, on the southbound side, was between Route 1 (Exit 15) and the Hutchinson River Parkway (Exit 14) with traffic backed up to North Avenue/Cedar Street (Exit 16).
