PELHAM MANOR, N.Y. -- Pelham Manor Police Chief Al Mosiello returned to work on Monday after admitting to sending racist emails, according to News 12 Westchester.

Mosiello was on a three-week medical leave and admitted to forwarding the racially insensitive emails from his home computer. He was given a disciplinary pay cut and is required to attend counseling, News 12 Westchester reported.
