Busy Week Ahead for Pelham and Pelham Manor

PELHAM, N.Y. – There will be plenty for Pelham and Pelham Manor residents to do during the week, including voting and attending an important Board of Education meeting, a talent show and a Village Board meeting.

Monday: The 2012-2013 Pelham school budget discussion will continue at 8 p.m. in the Pelham Middle School library. The Pelham Senior Citizens Club will also meet from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Tuesday: The Hutchinson Elementary School PTA will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the school’s library. The Junior League of Pelham will hold a general membership meeting at 7:30 p.m., 901 Pelhamdale Ave. Three trustee positions will be up for vote in Pelham and two in Pelham Manor. The polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Daronco Town House in Pelham and the Pelham Manor Fire Department. Adam Kagan, Paul McGoldrick and Joe Marty are running for the three trustee spots in Pelham, while Louis Annunziata and Neal Schwarzfeld will be running in Pelham Manor.

Wednesday: Prospect Hill School will host two events – one during the day and one at night. Pre-K Story Hour will be held from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. in the school library, and a talent show will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the auditorium. Pelham Middle School will hold a PTA meeting at 7 p.m. in the school library. There will also be a Village of Pelham Board of Trustees meeting, which starts at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall.

Thursday: Pre-K Story Hour will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Hutchinson library and day two of the Prospect Hill talent show takes place from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the auditorium.

Friday: The Sock ‘n Buskin spring musical, "All Shook Up," takes place at 7:30 p.m.  Friday and Saturday, in addition to a 2 p.m. showing Sunday in the Pelham Memorial auditorium.
