WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An accident on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway has resulted in delays during the Tuesday morning commute.
The accident, which occurred between Mill Road (Exit 18) in Eastchester and the Cross Country Parkway (Exit 15) at 7:30 a.m., was cleared by 8:30 a.m.
