Pelham Resident Wins Prestigious Award at Farmingdale State College

PELHAM, N.Y. – Pelham resident Marya Howell-Carter won the 2015 CARES Award from Farmingdale State College for her commitment to the college community and her exemplary work on behalf of students in the Psychology Department as a teacher and director of the applied psychology major.
