The association’s “Good Neighbor Program,” put together more than 100 food baskets for needy families during Thanksgiving and Christmas. The baskets, it said, will help feed 400 individuals.

Rich Davidian, the committee’s chairman, praised the DeCicco family for their help.

“We owe a great deal of thanks to fellow civic members John Sr. and John DeCicco Jr. and their entire family,” Davidian said.

“Their continued help with the food, the staging, the baskets and the deliveries has made this program extremely effective,” he added.

The association is now in the midst of a significant fundraiser, said Joe Nunziata, a longtime officer.

The group's “Help a Child, Change a Life” initiative needs donations to support a cause that, Nunziata said, “has already made an incredible difference in the lives of many individuals.”
