It is, almost Valentine's Day, after all. Though for Pelham resident Chris Choulet it's Valentine's Day almost every day. That's because the former banker turned entrepreneur developed a new product called the Moodsign.
According to the product's website, it's basically a way to “spice up your sex life," or, as Choulet explains, "It's a simple, easy to use, discreet and non-verbal device designed to help couples signal and communicate intimacy."
The Moodsign works by having a partner, when they are in the mood, simply raise their Moodsign arm. The device also lights up and has different colors which couples can pre-determine on meaning (i.e. blue might mean taking a nice, long bath, purple could mean a romantic evening together).
Choulet came up with the idea after dealing with jam-packed days and nights that came with working a full-time finance position, parenting, and commuting.
He says the Moodsign works as a romantic alarm clock for the busy couples - "a reminder that romance should not only happen on Valentine's Day but throughout the year."
