On Wednesday, Lost Pets of Westchester County posted an alert for “Vlad” a dog that has been missing since April 24, and was last seen on April 30 on Church Street in New Rochelle.
Anyone with information about Vlad’s whereabouts or who spots him in town can contact his owner, Rosalee, at (914) 954-5662.
