Kara Newman, who writes about cocktail trends for Valhalla-based Wine Enthusiast, is a big fan of the Chicken Soup Hot Toddy, a boozy broth made with chicken stock, ladled hot into a brandy snifter with Nolet’s Gin.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces hot chicken stock
- 1 ounce Nolet’s Gin
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- 1 dash celery bitters
- Carrot stick, for garnish
- Celery stick, for garnish
- Parsley, for garnish
Directions
- In a snifter, stir together first four ingredients. Garnish with carrot, celery stick and parsley.
