What To Do In The Pelham Area This Weekend

Friday, Feb. 22
Live Music Show With Zev Haber
: 11 a.m. Zev Haber returns to entertain with his favorite and original songs to get children ages 3-7 dancing, jumping and moving. Free. New Rochelle Public Library Ossie Davis Theater, 1 Library Plaza, New Rochelle.

Libr’Anime: 3 p.m.-5 p.m. Society for the Appreciation of Anime, a group for teen connoisseurs of Japanese animation and its related arts and culture, meets to discuss and view anime and manga. Japanese snacks will be served. Open to students in grade six through 12. New Rochelle Public Library Teen Area, second floor, 1 Library Plaza, New Rochelle.

Saturday, Feb. 23
BID Family Days Go Global for the 325th — African Dance & Drum Performance:
2 p.m. The traditional movements and rhythms of African village life reverberate throughout the New Rochelle Public Library's Ossie Davis Theater as Bokandey African Dance and Drum Troupe returns for another performance. The annual event is always filled to capacity, so be sure to arrive early. Free. New Rochelle Public Library Ossie Davis Theater, 1 Library Plaza, New Rochelle. 

Sunday, Feb. 24
North Avenue Indoor Flea Market:
9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. American Legion Hall, 112 North Ave., New Rochelle.

Two-tti Flutti & The Bassoon Performance: 3 p.m. This creative and engaging trio features flutes/alto flute and piccolo along with bassoon, playing original arrangements from ragtime to Handel to Georges Bizet and Mozart. Admission is $10. Parish House Performing Arts Center, 311 Huguenot St., New Rochelle.
