New Rochelle City Council Meeting: The council meets to discuss various items on the agenda, including an agreement to allow county health department employees to park in the New Roc City garage, putting in flooring at the Hugh A. New Rochelle School Board Meeting: 7 p.m. The Board of Education meets to discuss a variety of items, including the community advisory committee for next year’s school budget. The board will hold its regular meeting at 8 p.m. Campus School, 50 Washington Ave.

Norman Rockwell Celebration: The city begins its monthlong celebration honoring the life of one of its most famous citizens. New Rochelle Public Library, One Library Plaza.
