This documentary exposes sexual assaults on U.S. college campuses, institutional cover-ups and the brutal toll on victims and their families.

After the film there will be a panel discussion with Rebecca Dince Zipkin, former Brooklyn assistant district attorney in the Sex Crimes Unit, who represents sexual assault survivors and also provides prevention education to high school students and administrators; Kristen Bowes, general counsel for Mercy College; Frederic I. Greene, Westchester County second deputy district attorney and Virginia Hartmere, PACT coalition director.

"The Hunting Ground" filmmakers (the team behind the Oscar-nominated "The Invisible War") uncover an alarming effort on the part of universities and colleges to downplay and to deny sexual assaults on their campuses, to keep crime statistics low and public approval high. In raw and emotional interviews, rape survivors and their families testify to real-life horror stories that have become all too common.

"The Hunting Ground" delivers a devastating indictment of campus “rape culture.” PACT, a community coalition encouraging youth to make healthy, safe, and substance free choices, highlights the importance of alcohol as a contributing factor to the issue of sexual assaults on campus.

Tickets may be purchased at the door and will be $6 for Picture House members, $12 for non-members and $5 for students with an ID.
