NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- Route 22 was closed for southbound traffic between Creemer Road and Sterling Road North for emergency utility repairs on Thursday, April 10, due to a car accident overnight Wednesday.
The southbound lanes of Route 22 in North Castle will be closed due to an accident.

North Castle police will be in the area for traffic control and detouring.
Police estimate that the utility work will take several hours and should be completed by early afternoon on Thursday.
