Indie-Folk Band Led By Pelham Native Kicks Off Album Tour

PELHAM, N.Y. -- Indie-folk quartet Hawthorne, led by Pelham-native Nat Osborn, will celebrate the release of its debut album with a live performance at The Picture House Regional Film Center on Jan. 29.

Hawthorne plays a mix of original and classic tunes, spanning various acoustic styles and genres, including indie-folk and Americana, with a touch of country, Irish folk, and even gypsy jazz. Hawthorne frequently plays at Rockwood Music Hall in Manhattan as well as other venues around New York City. 

Lead singer Osborn also leads the Nat Osborn Band which was a finalist in WNYC’s Battle of the Boroughs and whose debut album The King and the Clown was released to rave reviews in 2013. 

The Nat Osborn Band also opened for the Dave Matthews Band in 2014 and released a new EP on Rope-A-Dope Records in April 2015. 

Hawthorne's performance at The Picture House will kick-off the band's celebration of the release of their eight-song album and will be followed-up with appearances in New York City and Pennsylvania. 

Show being at 8 p.m.Tickets are $15/advance, $20/door.
