MAMARONECK, N.Y. -- For all of those who've ever stood in line at Walter's Hot Dogs Stand, take note: There will be a second location opening in White Plains, Walter's announced on Friday.
Walter's Hot Dogs is a designated historical landmark in Mamaroneck.
